Ostrygi parzone w białym winie

 

Składniki:

 

  • 16 ostryg bez skorup
  • ¾ szkl wytrawnego białego wina
  • ¼ szkl oliwy z oliwek
  • 2 łyżki soku z cytryny
  • ¼ łyżeczki soli
  • ¼ łyżeczki pieprzu
  • ¼ łyżeczki pieprzu
  • ¼ łyżeczki suszonego tymianku
  • ¼ łyżeczki suszonej trybuli
  • łyżeczka posiekanej natki pietruszki
  • ząbek czosnku

Sposób wykonania:
Do dużego garnka wrzucić ostrygi.
Wlać do nich wino, oliwę z oliwek oraz sok z cytryny.
Następnie dodać sól, pieprz, tymianek, trybulę, posiekaną natkę pietruszki oraz czosnek.
Całość wymieszać i doprowadzić do wrzenia.
Wówczas zdjąć z ognia i odstawić do ostygnięcia.
