Nalewka z aronii mocna

Składniki:


  • 1 kg aronii
  • 0,5 kg cukru
  • 1 litr wódki
  • ½ litra spirytusu
  • 1 laska wanilii
  • 3 ziarna kardamonu


Sposób przyrządzenia:
Dojrzałe owoce aronii umyć, dodać cukier, odstawić na kilka dni. Po tym okresie zalać spirytusem i wódką. Dodać przekrojoną wzdłuż laskę wanilii i kardamon. Macerować w ciepłym miejscu 2 tygodnie, co kilka dni wstrząsając naczyniem. Po tym czasie przefiltrować i przelać do butelek. Powinna dojrzewać co najmniej przez 3 miesiące.
