Krokiety z wkładką

Składniki:

  • 8 kiełbasek/biała kiełbasa lub parówki/
  • 1/5 kg ziemniaków
  • 1 duża cebula
  • 3 jajka
  • 1 szklanka mąki
  • sól, pieprz, tarta bułka
  • olej do smażenia

    Sposób sporządzenia:
    Ziemniaki ugotować, przecisnąć przez sito, cebulę posiekać .Do ziemniaków dodać cebulę, jajka, mąkę sól i pieprz do smaku. Z przygotowanych składników wyrobić ciasto. Kiełbaski przeciąć na połówki. Z ciasta uformować 16 prostokątnych placków, do każdego dodać połówkę kiełbaski, zlepić krokiety. Panierować w tartej bułce i smażyć na złocisty kolor. Dobrze smakuje z sosem grzybowym, lub czerwonym barszczem.
