Karmelizowana cebula

Składniki:

  • 2 szkl. małych cebulek
  • 2 łyżeczki cukru
  • ¼ łyżeczka soli
  • 1 łyżka masła

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Cebulki wrzucić na patelnie i zalać je 1 szklanką wody wymieszanej z masłem, solą oraz cukrem.
    Doprowadzić do wrzenia i trzymać na małym ogniu około 5 minut, aż cały płyn się wchłonie, wówczas gotować jeszcze 5 minut aż cebulki staną się rumiane.
