Kapuśniak z mięsem wołowym

Składniki:

  • 15 dkg wołowiny bez kości
  • 20 dkg kiszonej kapusty
  • ½ cebuli
  • 1 łyżeczka mąki ziemniaczanej
  • 1 łyżka oleju
  • 4 szklanki bulionu mięsnego
  • sól, pieprz, cukier do smaku
  • posiekany koperek

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Mięso pokroić w plastry, przyprawić solą i pieprzem, obtoczyć w mące ziemniaczanej. Na patelni rozgrzać olej, obrumienić na nim mięso, dodać cebulę, kilka minut smażyć mieszając. W rondlu zalać obrumienione mięso, pokrojoną kapustę bulionem, doprowadzić do wrzenia, gotować aż składniki zmiękną, dodać przyprawy. Podawać posypane posiekanym koperkiem.
