Składniki:

  • 800 g filetów z jesiotra
  • 100 g sera pleśniowego
  • 2 łyżki masła
  • 250 ml śmietanki kremówki
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Śmietankę zagotować po czym dodać do niej ser pokrojony w kostkę.
    Trzymać na ogniu, aż ser się rozpuści.
    W między czasie filety oprószone solą oraz pieprzem obsmażyć na rozgrzanym maśle.
    Podawać je polane serowym sosem.
