Składniki:

  • 1 karmazyn
  • 1 pęczek zielonej cebulki
  • 1 łyżeczka brązowego cukru
  • ½ szkl. sosu sojowego
  • 1 łyżeczka startego imbiru
  • sok z 1 limetki
  • 1 papryczka chili
  • olej

    Sposób wykonania:

    1. Sos sojowy podgrzać z dodatkiem cukru, soku z limetki, imbiru oraz posiekanego chili.
      Trzymać na małym ogniu do zgęstnienia.
      W między czasie rybę obsmażyć na rumiano na rozgrzanym oleju.
