Gruziński sos pomidorowy

Składniki:

 

  • 1 kg dojrzałych pomidorów
  • 1 łyżeczka mielonej kolendry
  • 1 łyżeczka sosu chili
  • 3 drobno posiekane ząbki czosnku
  • sól, pieprz

 

 

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Pomidory sparzyć wrzątkiem, obrać ze skóry, pokroić drobno, przetrzeć przez sito. Tak przygotowany płynny miąższ przelać do rondla, powoli gotować do uzyskania pożądanej konsystencji, dodać pozostałe składniki, gotować jeszcze 15 minut. Przechowywać szczelnie zamknięty w słoju w niskiej temperaturze lub pasteryzować 10 minut co znakomicie zwiększa trwałość sosu.
