Chiński sos słodko-kwaśny

Składniki:

  • 3 łyżki cukru
  • ¼ szkl. octu winnego z jabłek
  • 2 drobiowe kostki rosołowe
  • 1 puszka ananasa
  • ½ łyżeczki imbiru
  • 3 łyżki mąki kukurydzianej
  • 3 łyżki sosu sojowego

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Mąkę kukurydzianą wymieszać z cukrem oraz imbirem.
    Cały czas mieszając wlewać stopniowo bulion, ocet, sos sojowy oraz ananasa z zalewą.
    Postawić na małym ogniu i gotować stale mieszając aż sos stanie się gęsty.
