Składniki:

  • ziemniaki 1 kg
  • cebula 3 sztuki
  • jajka 5 sztuk
  • śmietana 1 szklanka
  • mąka 5 dag
  • surowy boczek 10 dag
  • sól
  • pieprz

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Ziemniaki po umyciu i obraniu należy zetrzeć na drobnej tarce
    jarzynowej. Po czym odcisnąć je z soku, dodać do nich starta cebulę,
    jajka, mąkę, śmietanę i doprawić do smaku. Blaszkę do pieczenia należy
    wyłożyć pokrojonym w paski boczkiem, wylać na niego masę, przykryć
    boczkiem i piec około 1 godziny.
