Sos jabłkowy

Składniki:

  • 25 dkg jabłek
  • 2 szklanki wody
  • ½ szklanki cukru
  • 3 dkg mąki ziemniaczanej
  • szczypta cynamonu
  • sok z cytryny do smaku

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Jabłka umyć, osuszyć, pokroić w plastry usuwając gniazda nasienne. Wodę doprowadzić do wrzenia, dodać jabłka, gotować pod przykryciem 10 minut. Wywar odcedzić, dodać cukier i sok cytrynowy, mąkę ziemniaczaną,  ponownie doprowadzić do wrzenia, odstawić i podawać. Możemy też sos zagęścić musem jabłkowym, w tym celu należy jabłka przed gotowaniem obrać ze skórki, a po ugotowaniu i zmiksowaniu połączyć z wywarem.
