Sos cebulowy

Składniki:

    • 5 pokrojonych w kostkę cebul
    • 1 szklanka bulionu drobiowego
    • 1 łyżka masła
    • ½ szklanki gęstej śmietany
    • 4  łyżki mąki pszennej
    • szczypta cukru
    • sól, biały pieprz


    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Cebulę ugotować w szklance wody, miękką zmiksować lub przetrzeć przez sito. Na maśle przygotować białą zasmażkę z mąki. Dodać cebulę i bulion drobiowy, zagotować. Dodać śmietanę, przyprawić do smaku i ponownie przetrzeć przez sito.
