Podudzia kurczaka w serowej panierce

Składniki:


  • 10 szt. „pałek” z kurczaka
  • 1 nieduża cebula
  • 2 jajka
  • 10 dkg tartego żółtego sera
  • 1/3 szklanki mleka
  • 1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
  • sok z cytryny
  • 1 łyżka posiekanej natki pietruszki
  • tarta bułka
  • sól, pieprz


Sposób przyrządzenia:
Podudzia „pałki” kurczaka umyć osuszyć. Skropić sokiem z cytryny, przyprawić, odstawić na 1 godzinę do lodówki. Z tartego sera, jajek, mleka, mąki, natki pietruszki i posiekanej drobno cebuli przygotować mieszankę do panierowania. Każdą porcję obtoczyć w przygotowanej mieszance, a następnie w tartej bułce. Smażyc na oleju.
