Zupa ogórkowa Krysi

Składniki:

  • 2 l wywaru
  • 4 ziemniaki
  • włoszczyzna
  • ½ kg kiszonych ogórków
  • 150 ml śmietany
  • 2 łyżki masła
  • natka pietruszki


 

Sposób wykonania:
Ogórki zetrzeć na tarce o dużych oczkach po czym poddusić je na rozgrzanym maśle.
W między czasie ziemniaki pokroić w kostkę a włoszczyznę obrać i zetrzeć na tarce.
Zalać warzywa i ziemniaki wywarem i gotować do miękkości, wówczas wrzucić ogórki i doprowadzić do wrzenia.
Na sam koniec podprawić śmietaną i posypać posiekaną natką pietruszki.
