Żeberka w miodzie i powidłach

Składniki:

  • 1 kg żeberek wieprzowych
  • 2 łyżki miodu
  • 1 łyżka powideł śliwkowych
  • 1 kieliszek  sosu z marynowanego imbiru
  • 1 kieliszek białego wytrawnego wina
  • 3 łyżki jasnego sosu sojowego
  • ½ łyżeczka pieprzu

    Sposób wykonania:
    Sos z imbiry wymieszać z białym winem oraz sosem sojowym.
    Doprawić do smaku pieprzem i wylać na żeberka.
    Ostawić na 1 godzinę.
    Po tym czasie żeberka odsączyć z nadmiaru marynaty po czym posmarować je miodem wymieszanym z powidłami.
    Piec na grillu z obu stron na złoty kolor.
