Żeberka miodowe

Składniki:

  • 3 – 4 kg żeberek podzielonych na porcje
  • 3 – 4 łyżki octu balsamicznego
  • 5 łyżek miodu
  • 1 łyżka musztardy miodowej
  • szczypta chili
  • sól, pieprz

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Żeberka zalewamy wodą, dodajemy ocet balsamiczny, gotujemy 20 minut. Obsączone żeberka solimy i pieprzymy. Dwie szklanki wywary mieszamy z miodem, musztarda i chili. Tak przygotowane żeberka układamy na blasze do pieczenia, smarujemy przygotowanym roztworem i pieczemy przez 20 minut w piekarniku nagrzanym do 200 stopni C. W czasie pieczenia żeberka odwracamy i smarujemy glazurą. Danie możemy piec w piekarniku lub na grillu.
