Zawijasy z cielęciny z szałwią

Składniki:

  • 60 dag mięsa cielęcego
  • 25 dag szynki w plastrach
  • 20 dag żółtego sera
  • 7 dag masła
  • 2 łyżki szałwii
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Mięso pokroić w cienkie plastry, które lekko zbić tłuczkiem.
    Następnie oprószyć je solą i posypać szałwią.
    Na każdym plasterku mięsa położyć plasterek sera oraz szynki.
    Zawinąć w rulony, które spiąć wykałaczką.
    Posmarować je masłem i piec na ruszcie około 10 minut.
