Zarumieniony pieczony kalafior

 

Składniki:

  • 1 kalafior
  • 3 łyżki oliwy z oliwek
  • żółty ser
  • sól
  • pieprz

 

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Kalafiora podzielić na małe różyczki, które obtoczyć w oliwie.
    Następnie oprószyć dużą ilością soli oraz pieprzu.
    Ułożyć różyczki w naczyniu żaroodpornym. Posypać dużą ilością startego sera.
    Wstawić do bardzo mocno nagrzanego piekarnika i piec ok. 15 minut, aż kalafior się zarumieni.
