Zapiekanka z mięsa na krakersach- ,,lazania,,

Składniki:

    • 1 paczka słonych krakersów/ok. 20 dag/
    • 1/2 kg mielonego mięsa
    • 3 cebulekr
    • 35 dag żółtego sera
    • 20 dag pokrojonych i usmażonych  pieczarek
    • 2 pomidory obrane ze skórki
    • tłuszcz do smażenia
    • sól, pieprz mielony
    • oregano


    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Cebule drobno pokroić i usmażyć na złoto na tłuszczu. Do cebul dołożyć mięso i smażyć
    na rumiano. Doprawić solą, pieprzem, oregano. Ser utrzeć na tarce. Pomidory pokroić w drobną kostkę. W foremce keksówce układać warstwami: 1/3 krakersów, 1/2 mięsa z cebulą, 1/3 sera/ 1/3 krakersów, pieczarki, pomidory, 1/3 sera, 1/3 krakersów, resztę mięsa i posypać resztą sera  Zapiekać w temperaturze 200 stopni przez 1 godzinę
