Zapiekanka jajeczno-serowa

Składniki:


• 1 kg ziemniaków
• 25 dag żółtego ostrego startego sera
• 4 jajka
• 20-25 dag śmietany
• 2 czubate łyżeczki masła
• zielenina
• sól
• bułka tarta

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Ziemniaki ugotować w mundurkach, obrać, poczekać aż wystygną i pokroić w kostkę. Jajka ugotować na twardo, obrać i pokroić w plastry. Formę wysmarować masłem, obsypać bułką tartą. Układać warstwami ziemniaki z jajkami. posypując solą. Na koniec zalać śmietaną i posypać serem. Zapiec. Podając posypać posiekaną zieleniną.
