Składniki:

  • 6 udek
  • 5 cytryn
  • 3 łyżki cukru
  • pieprz
  • 250 ml rosołu
  • 150 g gęstej śmietany
  • łyżka posiekanej natki pietruszki
  • sól

 

 

Sposób wykonana:
Z cytryn wycisnąć sok, z dwóch zetrzeć skórkę i posiekać.
Dodać cukrem, sól oraz pieprz.
Wymieszać i zalać udka.
Odstawić na 30 minut.
Po tym czasie wstawić do piekarnika i piec około 200 stopni i piec około 30 minut.
W miedzy czasie śmietanę zagotować a rosołem po czym wymieszać z posiekaną natką pietruszki i polać udka przed podaniem.
