Sum duszony z kawałkami jabłka

Składniki:

  • 80 dag filetów z suma
  • 40 ag kwaśnych jabłek
  • ½ szkl śmietany
  • 1 łyżka masła
  • Sok z ½ cytryny
  • 1 łyżka posiekanej natki pietruszki
  • szczypta cukru
  • sól
  • pieprz


Sposób wykonania:
Filety pokroić na kawałki, które skropić sokiem z cytryny i odstawić na 1 godzinę.
W między czasie obrać jabłka i pokroić je na kawałki.
Następnie do rondelka z rozgrzanym masłem włożyć rybę i jabłka.
Oprószyć solą i trzymać na małym ogniu około 20 minut.
Po tym czasie wlać śmietanę.
Delikatne wymieszać i doprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem oraz cukrem.
