Sos do zimnych ryb

Składniki:

  • 2 łyżeczki musztardy
  • 6 żółtek
  • 6 łyżeczek cukru
  • 2 łyżki oliwy z oliwek
  • 1 jajko
  • łyżka octu 3%
  • 1 ogórek
  • szczypiorek
  • koperek
  • marynowane grzyby
  • 2 łyżki koperków
  • łyżka oliwek
  • sól

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Musztardę wymieszać razem z oliwą, żółtkami, jajkiem ugotowanym na twardo i drobno posiekanym, oraz posiekanym ogórkiem.
    Doprawić do smaku solą, cukrem oraz octem.
    Następnie dodać jeszcze posiekane grzyby, szczypiorek, kapary, koperek oraz oliwki.
    Całość dokładnie wymieszać.
    Podawać do zimnych ryb.
