Sos cygański

Składniki:

  • papryka 1 sztuka
  • cebula 2 sztuki
  • bulion z kostki 1/2 litra
  • chili 1 łyżka
  • masło 1 łyżka
  • mąka 1 łyżka
  • sól
  • pieprz

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Cebule należy obrać i bardzo drobno posiekać. Paprykę należy umyć,
    usunąć z niej gniazda nasienne i pokroić w drobną kosteczkę. Masło
    rozpuścić w garnku, wrzucić do niego cebulę, paprykę, oprószyć mąką i
    smażyć przez kilka minut na małym ogniu. Zalać bulionem, przyprawić solą
    i pieprzem oraz chili, gotować dalej około 10 minut.
