Soczewica i czarna fasola w chili

Składnik:

  • 2/3 szklanki soczewicy konserwowej
  • 2/3 szklanki czerwonej lub czarnej fasoli konserwowej
  • 1/3 szklanki kukurydzy konserwowej
  • 2 posiekane ząbki czosnku
  • 1 posiekana cebula
  • 2 szklanki wywaru z warzyw
  • 1 szklanka sosu pomidorowego
  • 2 łyżeczki kminku
  • chili, pieprz do smaku


Sposób przyrządzenia:
W rondlu rozgrzać 1 łyżkę oliwy, dodać czosnek i cebulę, chwilkę smażyć mieszając, dodać pozostałe składniki, doprowadzić do wrzenia, gotować powoli kilka minut. Przyprawić. Podawać z dodatkiem naci kolendry.
