Sandacz w galarecie

Składniki:

 

  • 25 dkg filetów z sandacza
  • włoszczyzna
  • 1 ugotowane na twardo jajko
  • 1 szklanka bulionu warzywnego
  • 1 łyżeczka soku z cytryny
  • natka pietruszki
  • sól, biały pieprz
  • żelatyna w ilości wg przepisu na opakowaniu

 

 

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Sandacza umyć, pokroić w paski o szerokości 2 cm. Bulion warzywny doprowadzić do wrzenia, dodać rybę,  sok z cytryny, gotować powoli około 10 minut. Do wywaru dodać żelatynę przygotowaną wg przepisu producenta. Jajko obrać, pokroić w plastry. W odpowiednio dużym naczyniu układać plastry sandacza, obraną włoszczyznę i plastry jajka, zielone listki pietruszki, zalać wywarem, odstawić do zestalenia.
