Roladki wołowe ze słoniną

Składniki:

  • 600 g wołowiny
  • 100 g słoniny
  • 4-6 łyżek masła
  • 5-7 ząbków czosnku
  • sól
  • pieprz
  • natka pietruszki

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Mięso pokroić w plastry, które zbić tłuczkiem po czym oprószyć je solą oraz pieprzem.
    Następnie słoninę pokroić w cienkie plastry i natrzeć rozgniecionym czosnkiem oraz solą.
    Na każdym plastrze mięsa rozłożyć plaster słoniny.
    Wszystkie roladki pozawijać i obwiązać nitką.
    Usmażyć na rozgrzanym maśle.
