Pomidory faszerowane grzybami

Składniki:

    • 8 pomidorów
    • tarty ser
    • 40 dkg grzybów leśnych
    • 1 pęczek cebulki ze szczypiorkiem
    • 4 łyżki masła
    • mała cebula
    • 1 jajka


    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Grzyby i cebulki oczyścić, pokroić, podsmażyć na maśle ( 1 łyżeczka ), doprawić solą i pieprzem. Pomidory umyj, zetnij z wierzchu gruby plaster i wydrąż. Napełnij farszem, udekoruj zieleniną. Pomidory ułożyć w naczyniu do zapiekania, na każdym położyć odrobinę masła, zapiekać w piekarniku nagrzanym do temperatury 160 stopni C przez 20 minut. Przed podaniem posypać drobno tartym serem.
