Placki ziemniaczane z pieczarkami

Składniki:

  • 70 dkg ziemniaków
  • 1 średnia cebula
  • 1 marchew ( 10 dkg )
  • 4-5 łyżek mąki (ok. 7 dkg )
  • 2 jaja
  • 4 łyżki płatków owsianych
  • 1 płaska łyżeczka soli
  • 1/2 łyżeczki pieprzu


Sposób przyrządzenia:
Produkty rozdrobnić i wymieszać. Masę nabierać łyżką i kłaść na mocno rozgrzany tłuszcz , formując jednocześnie placki. Placki są pulchne i chrupiące dzięki płatkom, a marchewka nadaje im ładny lekko różowawy odcień. Można podawać z pieczarkami uduszonymi na maśle , posolonymi i popieprzonymi dość obficie. Potrawa staje się wtedy pikantna.
