  • 3 łyżki masła
  • 1 pęczek koperku
  • sól

Sposób wykonania:
Z ryby usuwamy skórę oraz ości po czym oprószyć ją solą oraz pieprzem.
Przełożyć rybę do naczynia żaroodpornego wysmarowanego masłem.
Włożyć jeszcze gałązki koperku i wstawić rybę do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 160 stopni na 20 minut.
