Pieczone buraki z cynamonem

Składniki:

  • 1 kg buraków
  • 1 łyżka oliwy z oliwek
  • ¼ łyżeczki mielonego cynamonu
  • 1/4łyzeczki soli
  • natka pietruszki

    Sposób wykonania:
    Buraki obrać po czym pokroić je w szerokie słupki.
    Słupki te obtoczyć w oliwie, cynamonie oraz soli.
    Ułożyć je na blasze do pieczenia aby powstała tylko jedna warstwa.
    Jeśli buraków będzie za dużo piec na dwie tury.
    Wstawić do rozgrzanego piekarnika i piec do miękkości.
    W trakcie co najmniej raz przewrócić aby równie się zarumieniły.
