Parowane młode ziemniaczki

Składniki:

  • 1 kg ziemniaków
  • przyprawa do ziemniaków Kamis
  • koperek suszony Kamis
  • 2 cebulki
  • marchewka
  • 3 łyżki oliwy
  • 3 łyżki wody

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Ziemniaki obieramy, myjemy i wrzucamy do garnka. Cebulkę, marchew
    obieramy, kroimy i wrzucamy do garnka. Posypujemy przyprawą do
    ziemniaków, koperkiem. Na koniec dodajemy oliwę, wodę. Przykrywamy
    szczelnie ziemniaczki. Gotujemy pod przykryciem 30 minut bez zaglądania
    na małym ogniu.
