Składniki:

  • 500  ml śmietany
  • 350 g starego parmezanu
  • szczypta soli
  • szczypta pieprzu

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Do śmietany dodać starty parmezan.
    Całość dokładnie wymieszać i doprawić do smaku solą oraz pieprzem.
    Następnie wstawić naczynie z serową masą do garnka wypełnionego wodą.
    Trzymać na ogniu do momentu, aż ser się roztopi, wówczas odstawić na bok do ostygnięcia.
