Oscypek z rusztu z dodatkiem żurawin

Składniki:

  • 1 duży oscypek
  • 2 jajka
  • szklanka bułki tartej
  • dżem z żurawin

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Ser oscypek pokroić w grube plastry około 2 cm. W miseczce roztrzepać jajko. Plastry oscypka moczyć w jajku i obtaczać w tartej bułce. Układać na rozgrzanym ruszcie i grillować, aż kotleciki uzyskają złocisty kolor. Wyłożyć na talerzyki i podawać z żurawinami.
