Ogórki konserwowe Iwony

Składniki;

  • 5 kg ogórków- małe

    Zalewa:

  • 5 szklanek wody
  • 10-11 łyżek cukru
  • 1 ½ łyżki soli
  • 4 liście laurowe
  • 10 ziaren ziela angielskiego
  • 1 łyżeczka gorczycy
  • 1 szklanka octu

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Ogórki dokładnie umyć. Do rondla wlać wodę dodać wszystkie składniki ,doprowadzić do wrzenia. Do sterylnie czystych słoików układamy ciasno ogórki, zalewamy gorącą zalewą.
    Pasteryzujemy ok. 15 -20 minut.
