Naleśniki z parówką

Składniki:

  • 6 cienkich parowek
  • 6 plasterków żółtego sera
  • 2 jaja
  • bułka tarta
  • olej
  • 2 szkl. mleka
  • 1,5 szkl. mąki
  • 2 jajka
  • 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
  • szczypta soli

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Mleko, mąkę, jajka, proszek do pieczenia  szczyptę soli dokładnie ze sobą wymieszać.
    Z powstałego ciasta usmażyć naleśniki.
    Następnie na każdym naleśniku ułożyć plasterki sera a potem parówkę.
    Całość zawinąć w rulony, które obtoczyć w roztrzepanym jajku a potem w bułce tartej.
    Usmażyć na rozgrzanym tłuszczu.
