    Ciasto:

  • mąka 90 dag
  • jajka 7 sztuk
  • mleko 750 ml
  • woda 750 ml
  • sól
  • słonina

 

 

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Należy sporządzić nadzienie mięsne z ugotowanego mięsa, bułki, tłuszczu,
cebuli, jajka, soli, pieprzu i słoniny. Z mąki, jajek, mleka, wody, soli
należy sporządzić ciasto i usmażyć z niego naleśniki, smarować je
nadzieniem i podsmażyć z obu stron na rozgrzanym na patelni tłuszczu.
