Medaliony z kurczaka

Składniki:


  • 2 piersi z kurczaka
  • jedna marchewka
  • 1 cebulka
  • pęczek zielonej pietruszki
  • 1 surowe jajko
  • łyżka mączki ziemniaczanej
  • olej do smażenia

Produkty Kamis:

  • przyprawa Złoty Kurczak
  • pieprz czarny mielony

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Piersi z kurczaka kroimy w drobną kostkę, przyprawiamy Złotym Kurczakiem i pieprzem. Cebulkę drobno siekamy i podsmażamy. Marchewkę obieramy i ścieramy na tarce o grubych oczkach. Pietruszkę siekamy na drobno. Wszystkie wymienione wyżej składniki , wbijamy jajko, wsypujemy mączkę ziemniaczaną, nabieramy łyżką i smażymy na gorącym oleju.
