Kurczak z karczochami i makaronem

Składniki:

  • 6 filetów z kurczaka
  • sproszkowana papryka
  • ¼ szkl masła
  • 2 dymki
  • ¾ szkl białego wina
  • ¾ szkl wody
  • 1 szkl pieczarek w plasterkach
  • 2 puszki serc karczochów
  • ugotowany gorący makaron
  • natka pietruszki
  • starty parmezan

Sposób wykonania:
Filety kurczaka oprószyć sproszkowaną papryką.
Następnie obsmażyć je na rozgrzanym maśle na złoty kolor.
Wówczas dodać posiekane dymki, wino oraz wodę.
Całość wymieszać i gotować na małym ogniu około 45 minut.
Po tym czasie dodać pieczarki pokrojone na plasterki oraz serca karczochów.
Dusić ostatnie  15 minut.
Podawać kurczaka z ugotowanym makaronem, posypane parmezanem i udekorowane natką pietruszki.
