Kurczak z fasolką

Skład:

  • 4 piersi z drobiu 
  • 1kg fasolki szparagowej
  • pomidory
  • zielona pietruszka i szczypior
  • olej lub oliwa
  • śmietana
  • czosnek
  • masło
  • sól, pieprz

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Umyte i wysuszone piersi z drobiu przyprawić i usmażyć na zloty kolor. Fasolkę ugotować w osolonej wodzie, odcedzić. Pomidory i czosnek obrać pokroić drobno. Fasolkę pomidory i czosnek udusić na łyżce masła. Usmażone piersi kurczaka pokroić na mniejsze kawałki, dodać do duszących się dodatków, przyprawić do smaku i po kilku minutach zalać śmietaną. Podgrzać nie dopuszczając do wrzenia.
