Składniki:

  • 30 dag tatara
  • marchewka
  • 2 cebulki
  • 2 ząbki czosnku
  • 2 łyżki kiełków sojowych
  • pęczek posiekanej natki pietruszki
  • 2 łyżki ziaren sezamu
  • 3 łyżki oliwy
  • sól
  • pieprz

    Sposób wykonania:
    Cebulę i kiełki posiekać a marchewkę zetrzeć na tarce po czym dodać do nich mięso oraz natkę pietruszki.
    Dodać jeszcze rozgnieciony czosnek oraz przyprawy.
    Całość dokładnie wymieszać.
    Z powstałej masy uformować kotlety, które oprószyć ziarnami sezamu po czym usmażyć na rozgrzanej oliwie.
