Kotlety z jarmuż

Składniki:

  • 75 dag jarmużu
  • 4 jajka
  • 10 dag masła
  • czerstwa bułka
  • ½ szkl. mleka
  • bułka tarta
  • sól
  • pieprz
  • olej

    Sposób wykonania:
    Jarmuż zalać osoloną wodą  i ugotować po czym go odcedzić i zemleć w maszynce.
    Następnie żółtka utrzeć razem z masłem i dodać powstałą masę do jarmużu.
    Doprawić do smaku i na koniec dodać białka ubite na sztywną pianę, delikatnie połączyć.
    Z powstałej masy uformować kotleciki, które obtoczyć w bulce tartej i usmażyć na rozgrzanym oleju.
