Pychotka.pl – Przepisy Kulinarne

Karp smażony

Składniki:

  • 1 o wadze około 1,25kg karp (większe są już niesmaczne)
  • sok z cytryny
  • jajka
  • bułka tarta
  • sól, pieprz
  • olej do smażenia


Sposób przyrządzenia:

Karpia skrobiemy, patroszymy, myjemy, filetujemy (najlepiej kupić żywa rybę, bo filety nie mają już takiego smaku, nie mówiąc o rybie mrożonej). Solimy, skrapiamy sokiem z cytryny.
Po około 30 minutach rybę obtaczamy w jajku i bułce tartej pomieszanej z pieprzem, smażymy na głębokim tłuszczu na złoty kolor. Proste prozaiczne, ale przepyszne i szybkie.
