Karkówka z grilla Ilony

Składniki:

  • karkówka 1 kg
  • ser żółty starty 15 dag
  • papryka słodka w proszku
  • papryka ostra w proszku
  • czosnek 1 ząbek
  • pieprz
  • sól

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Karkówkę pokroić w plasterki o grubości 2 cm. Rozgnieść czosnek, natrzeć
    nim karkówkę, posypać solą i pieprzem, pokropić je oliwą, wstawić do
    lodówki żeby nabrało smaku na około 1,5 godziny. Następnie tak
    przygotowaną karkówkę piec na grillu po 10- 15 min z każdej strony. Pod
    koniec posypać startym serem i poczekać do momentu roztopienia sera na
    mięsie.
