Karczek z grilla Agnieszki

Składniki:

    • 1 kg schabu karkowego
    • musztarda
    • oliwa z oliwek
    • pieprz
    • sól
    • 2 ząbki czosnku

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Umyte mięso kroimy na kotlety o grubości 1 cm. Rozbijamy tłuczkiem, doprawiamy solą i pieprzem.
    Kilka łyżek musztardy mieszamy z kilkoma łyżkami oliwy z oliwek oraz z rozgniecionym w prasce czosnkiem.
    Przygotowaną marynatą smarujemy mięso i zawijamy w folię aluminiową. Następnie chowamy do lodówki na przynajmniej 6 godzin.
    Grillujemy około 20 minut z każdej ze stron.
