Kanapki wiosenne z łososiowym masłem

Składniki:

  • 4 kromki pieczywa razowego lub pszennego
  • 2 łyżki posiekanego koperku i natki pietruszki
  • 4 plastry żółtego sera
  • 1 pomidor
  • 5 dkg wędzonego łososia
  • 2 łyżki masła


Sposób przyrządzenia:

Łososie drobno posiekać nożem, zmiksować lub utrzeć z masłem. Tak przygotowaną pastą lub samym masłem posmarować pieczywo, obficie posypać zieleniną, przykryć plastrem sera i zwieńczyć plastrem pomidora z zielonym akcentem. Ja często zimą koperek i pietruszkę zastępuję kiełkami rzodkiewki, brokułu itp.
