Kałamarnice z rusztu

Składniki:

  • 6 kałamarnic
  • skórka starta z cytryny
  • 1/3 szkl. soku z limonki
  • 1/3 szkl. oliwy
  • 3 ząbki czosnku
  • 1 łyżeczka suszonych liści kolendry
  • mieszanka pieprzu ziarnistego
  • sól
  • cząstki cytryny

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Kałamarnice przekroić na pół i dokładnie je oczyścić.
    Następnie sok z limonki połączyć z sokiem z cytryny, oliwą, czosnkiem, liśćmi kolendry oraz solą i pieprzem.
    Do powstałej marynaty wrzucić kałamarnice i wstawić do lodówki an 30 minut.
    Po tym czasie smażyć je na ruszcie.
    Podawać z cząstkami cytryny.
