Kalafior w sosie czosnkowym

 

Składniki:

  • 1 duży kalafior
  • 4 ząbki czosnku
  • majonez
  • szczypiorek
  • sól

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Kalafior podzielić na małe różyczki wrzucić do osolonej wody – doprowadzić do wrzenia gotować tylko trzy minuty, odcedzić dokładnie i ostudzić. Do dwóch dużych łyżek majonezu dodać 3-4 rozgniecione w prasce ząbki czosnku i szczyptę soli wymieszać dokładnie i dodać do kalafiora.Posypać posiekanym szczypiorkiem. Delikatnie wymieszać. Podawać jako dodatek do mięs z grilla naprawdę polecam
