Hiszpańskie cynamonowe tosty

Składniki:

  • pokrojona w kromki bułka wecka (lekko podsuszone)
  • 4 szklanki mleka
  • 2 jajka
  • 2 szklanki mąki
  • 2 szklanki cukru
  • 3 cm kawałek kory cynamonowca
  • 1 łyżeczka cynamonu w proszku

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Mleko zagotować z cynamonową korą, schłodzić. Jajka zmiksować. W mleku zamoczyć kromki bułki, obtoczyć w jajku i mące. Na patelni rozgrzać olej, smażyć na nim przygotowane tosty, wykładać na papierowy ręcznik celem obsączenia z nadmiaru tłuszczu. Posypać gorące tosty cynamonem i cukrem i podawać. Można dodatkowo podać syrop owocowy, miód, bitą śmietanę….
