Glazurowane słodkie ziemniaki z wiórkami kokosowymi

Składniki:

    • 5 słodkich ziemniaków
    • ½ szklanki masła
    • 1 szklanka brązowego cukru
    • ½ szklanka wody
    • ¼ szklanki wiórek kokosowych


    Sposób przyrządzenia:

    Dokładnie umyte ziemniaki ugotować w mundurkach w osolonej wodzie, schłodzić, obrać, pokroić w plastry o grubości 1,5 cm. Na patelni rozgrzać masło, dodać cukier i wodę, podgrzewać mieszając aż cukier się rozpuści i zacznie rumienić. Dodać ziemniaki, podgrzewać mieszając. Ziemniaki wyłożyć na durszlak, obsączyć z nadmiaru lukru, posypać wiórkami kokosowymi i podawać.
